For Principal Jagath Karunaratne, law has always been more than a profession — it’s a calling rooted in discipline, empathy, and an unshakable belief in justice. After more than two decades in Fiji, and a career that spans global consultancy and national politics, Mr. Karunaratne recognised a growing need: legal services that understand the realities of the modern corporate world while remaining deeply connected to the personal needs of individuals.

In response, Karunaratne Lawyers was launched alongside Audax Business Solutions Pte Limited, a consultancy and business solutions company housing a consortium of senior business advisors, subject-matter experts with local and global technology partners. This strategic collaboration allows Karunaratne Lawyers to offer not just legal answers, but holistic, commercially viable solutions — especially to businesses, government bodies, and professionals seeking legal guidance grounded in real-world business application.
